Description: Native annual large size Herb with angled stem.Three sessile leaves are arranged at each node.Ovate leaf with serrate (like a saw tooth) margin.Flowers are born at the end of the branches in a typical verticillaster inflorescence. Flowers are arranged in circles all along the stem. Each group is a cymose type of inflorescence. Each set has a foliaceous bract, similar colour to that of flowers.Very attractive blue, white colour flowers blossom during rainy season.Tubular corolla with 5 petals extend outwards, central petal is blue. Stamen & style protrude out.Irregular shape fruits turn black when mature.
